Founders upload their pitch deck, financials, and other key documents. Our AI automatically generates descriptions for each file and analyzes the content to create an intelligent assistant. Investors get access through personalized links and can chat with the AI to learn about your startup at their own pace. The AI can also search the web for up-to-date market information when needed.
Traditional data rooms are passive - investors must manually search through documents. FullDeal AI is active and conversational. Investors can ask natural questions like "What's the revenue model?" or "How are you planning to scale?" and get immediate, accurate answers based on your documents. The AI can also use Google Search to provide current market data and competitive intelligence. Plus, you get detailed analytics on what investors are asking and viewing.
You can upload PDFs (pitch decks, financials), images (PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WebP), and various document formats (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, CSV, JSON, MD). All files are automatically analyzed by our AI, which generates intelligent descriptions based on the content. File size limits are configurable through the admin panel.
Yes! Admins can create custom tags with names, descriptions, colors, and sort order. Tags help organize documents by category (e.g., 'Financials', 'Legal', 'Product', 'Team'). Both founders and investors can tag files using a searchable tag selector with color-coded badges. Tags make it easy to filter and find related documents quickly. The tag system includes full markdown support in tag descriptions and a clean modal interface for tag management.
Yes! We provide a rich text editor powered by MDXEditor for all text content. You can use basic formatting like bold, italic, underline, headings, bullet lists, numbered lists, blockquotes, links, and tables. The editor uses Roboto font and supports dark mode. All formatted content is displayed beautifully with proper styling, responsive tables, and external links that open in new tabs. The AI also generates formatted responses using markdown, making descriptions and FAQs more readable and professional.
Yes! You can connect your Zoom account via OAuth and browse all your meeting transcripts from the last 30 days. Select transcripts to import, and they'll be automatically downloaded, cleaned (removing timestamps and formatting), uploaded to your files, and analyzed by AI to generate meaningful summaries. You can import transcripts to your personal investor files or to specific startup files. Your Zoom credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM for security, and tokens are automatically refreshed.
Yes! Similar to Zoom, you can connect your Google Meet account and import meeting transcripts. The integration includes speaker names, so you can see exactly who said what during meetings (e.g., "John Doe: Thanks for joining"). You can import transcripts to your personal investor files or specific startup files. Note: Only conferences where you are the organizer are accessible through the Google Meet API, and transcripts are automatically deleted 30 days after the conference ends. Your Google credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM for security.

For privacy protection, the activity log anonymizes all investor and founder names - you'll see activities like "An investor opened a file" or "A founder uploaded a document" without revealing specific identities. Only admins can see full names in the activity log. The activity log is clean and focused on actual user interactions - system operations like file uploads are tracked for cost monitoring but not displayed in the activity feed. Admins also get token usage analytics to monitor AI costs across chat interactions and file analysis.
Our AI is powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash and uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology, which means it answers based on your actual documents. It also features Google Search grounding - when the AI needs current information (market data, competitors, news), it automatically searches the web and cites its sources. When it doesn't know something, it will say so. The AI is transparent about whether it's using your documents or web search results.
Yes! You can upload additional documents at any time, and our AI will automatically generate descriptions for each file. You can edit these descriptions manually if needed, and remove outdated materials. The AI automatically updates its knowledge base as you make changes. You have complete control over the information available to investors.
Yes! You can add detailed fundraising information including your target amount, fundraising type (Equity or Convertible Note), amount committed, amount in bank, valuation (for equity), or cap and discount (for convertible notes). You can choose between USD ($) and EUR (€) as your currency. All this information is automatically included in the AI assistant's context, so investors can ask questions about your fundraising details. These fields are optional - you only fill out what you're comfortable sharing.
Absolutely! You can add links to your YouTube channel, Twitter/X profile, LinkedIn, website, or any other online presence. The system automatically fetches page titles, descriptions, and favicons for a polished appearance. All link clicks are tracked in the activity log so you can see which external resources investors are interested in.
Yes! Investors can upload personal files to their dashboard for their own reference. They can also attach these files to chat messages when asking questions about your startup. This allows investors to ask questions like "How does this compare to my portfolio company's metrics?" by attaching their own analysis documents. Personal investor files are kept private and are not added to your startup's knowledge base.
Our system can automatically analyze all investor conversations and generate a comprehensive FAQ (15-20 questions) covering the most important topics. The FAQ button appears for founders as soon as there are chat messages, allowing them to generate the FAQ from investor conversations. Generated FAQs can be edited using the rich text editor and must be published by founders before investors can see them. The FAQ shows when it was last generated and how many new questions have been asked since, so you know when to refresh it. FAQs are fully searchable and support markdown formatting for a professional appearance.
From your dashboard, simply enter an investor's email address and send them an invitation. They'll receive a professional email invitation with an 'Accept Invitation' button. Once they accept (either by signing in or creating an account), they'll get access to your startup's materials and AI assistant. Invitations show as 'pending' in your dashboard until accepted, and you can track all investor activity in real-time after they accept.
Similar to investors, you can invite advisors from your startup's advisor management page. Enter their email address to send a professional invitation email. Advisors can accept by signing in or creating an account, and once accepted, they can view your startup dashboard, chat with the AI assistant, access documents, and track your progress. Advisors can also invite and manage investors on your behalf, making it easy for them to help with fundraising. Advisors provide strategic guidance and mentorship through the platform.
Yes! You can invite co-founders to collaborate on your startup profile from the founders management page. Co-founder invitations work the same way - they receive an email invitation and can accept by signing in or creating a new account. All founders have full access to upload files, manage investor and advisor access, invite team members, view analytics, and generate FAQs. This makes it easy to work together during fundraising.
All invitations (founders, advisors, and investors) follow the same workflow: (1) You enter an email address and send the invitation; (2) The recipient receives a professional email with an 'Accept Invitation' button; (3) They can accept by signing in with an existing account or creating a new one; (4) Pending invitations appear in their dashboard with accept/decline buttons; (5) Once accepted, they immediately gain access to the startup. Invitations expire after 7 days for security. You can cancel pending invitations at any time, and recipients can decline if they're not interested.
All chat conversations are saved with infinite scroll history. Both founders and investors can scroll through their complete chat history to review past conversations. This means investors can pick up where they left off, and founders can review all the questions that have been asked. Chat history is user-specific for privacy - each investor only sees their own conversations.
FullDeal AI is a responsive web application that works great on mobile devices. No app download is required - investors can access your materials and chat with the AI from any device with a web browser.
Yes, for security and cost management we implement rate limiting on sensitive operations: authentication endpoints (10 requests per 10 seconds), file uploads (20 per minute), AI chat messages (30 per minute), and FAQ generation (5 per hour per startup). These limits are generous for normal use and prevent abuse.
Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant. We collect explicit consent during signup, provide granular cookie controls, maintain complete audit logs of all consents, and honor all data subject rights. You can export all your data in JSON format, view your consent history, and delete your account at any time. Account deletion requires password confirmation for security and includes complete data cleanup across all tables and blob storage.
